Bharath University - An Overview

Bharath Institute of Higher Education & Research (Bharath University) was established in the year 1984, and acquired deemed to be University status in the year 2003 by University Grants Commission (UGC).
The university has four campuses namely Bharath Institute of Science and Technology (Selaiyur, Chennai), Sree Balaji Dental College and Hospital (Pallikaranai, Chennai), Sree Balaji Medical College and Hospital (Chromepet, Chennai) and Sree Lakshmi Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences at Pondicherry).
The Institute is committed towards offeing quality education, which will transform the students into efficient and successful careerists. Students from Bharath University have been already serving in responsible positions, in India and aboard.
The institute, since its inception, has been offering quality programs in varied field of higher education with special emphasis on medical sciences.
