Anna University Distance Education Fees Structure

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• A pass in any Bachelor Degree
  
• A pass in the Distance Education Entrance Test (DEET) conducted by Anna University
  
• The Bachelor Degree must have been obtained under 10+2+3 pattern
  

Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

• A pass in any Bachelor Degree.
  
• The candidate should have studied Core Mathematics either at +2 level or Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Oriented subject as one of the subjects at the Degree level
  
• A pass in the Distance Education Entrance Test (DEET) conducted by Anna University
• The Bachelor Degree must have been obtained under 10+2+3 pattern
  

Master of Science (M.Sc)

Information Technology

• A pass in B.Sc. (Mathematics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering / Electronics)
  
• B.Sc. (Physics / Statistics / Chemistry)
  
• B.E.S. with Mathematics or Computer Science as allied subject
  
• B.Sc. Applied Sciences (Computer Technology / Information Technology / Computer Systems Maintenance and Networking)

Anna University Distance Education Entrance Test

Two admissions are made in a year - one for Academic Year and the other for Calendar Year. Admission is based on the Distance Education Entrance Test (DEET)

Separate Entrance Test is conducted for admission to MBA, MCA and M.Sc Degree Programs.

Anna University Distance Education Admission Procedure

• Candidates who qualify in the Entrance Test will be provisional selected for admission.

• A rank list will be prepared based on the marks scored in the DEET and admission is based on the rank obtained.
  
  
• A separate rank list will be prepared for TANCET candidates based on TANCET score and they will be considered for admission as per their rank against the seats set apart for them.
